1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email along with shipping details once your order has been dispatched.
Note: During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended. In the event of any significant delay, we will notify you via phone or email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout, based on your location and order value.
Standard Delivery:
● Estimated Delivery Time: 5–7 business days
● Shipping Cost: Free for orders above ₹2000 (Excluding Taxes)
● Shipping Cost: ₹99 for orders between ₹1500 to ₹1999 (Excluding Taxes)
● Shipping Cost: ₹150 for orders below ₹1499 (Excluding Taxes)
Additional Notes:
● For orders within Hyderabad, the minimum order value for delivery is ₹299.
● Actual delivery times may vary due to external factors including courier service availability and regional restrictions.
● Occasionally, unforeseen delays may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
3. Payment Information
We accept the following secure payment methods at the time of checkout:
● Net Banking
● MasterCard
● Visa
Please note: Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
4. Delivery Coverage
We ship across India through our trusted logistics partners.
If delivery is not available in your area, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery location covered by our courier partners.
5. Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is dispatched:
● You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing a Tracking ID.
● You can use this ID to track your order via the courier partner's website.
● Tracking details will also be available in your Order History section after logging into your account.
